Important Notice:
The registration form will only be available during registration period which is from June 15th to September 5th every year.
If you would like to register anytimg outiside this period, kindly send us a message through our ‘Conctact Us‘ page.
Important Notice:
The ‘Returning Student’ form should only be used by parents of students who have previously enrolled.
If you are enrolling your child for the first time at our institution, kindly use the ‘New Student Form’.
This form is only available for access after the end-of-year report is given in June. So, the last week of June and the first week of August, parents should update their child’s status.
Important Notice:
If you are transferring your child from another school to our school, and you are already in possession of the transfer papers, then kindly click the ‘Transfer Student’ button above to upload a clear picture of your child’s transfer form. It is also important to upload the following documents: (requested by the Ministry of Education)
1. Picture of mother’s social security card.
2. Picture of the child’s birth paper (Not Social Security.)
